I truly cannot thank you and your team enough for everything you did to make our wedding a success. Your work to help me plan the event was so important, and our guests raved about the food. It was delicious, plentiful, and thoughtfully prepared, and every member of your staff was kind and dedicated to making our night as great as possible. Janet was fantastic(!), every catering team member and staff member I met was friendly and caring, and we just felt so satisfied with the entire experience. I also am so grateful to your team for pivoting with the tables to make the floor plan work in a way that still fulfilled our vision. Every part of the work from the Hoopla team was top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with how everything went.

I will definitely be recommending Hoopla to anyone who asks for catering in the Baltimore area. We will always be grateful to you for the role you played in our wedding, and I hope you will pass along our gratitude to everyone who worked the event. The Hoopla team truly went above and beyond for us on our special day. Working with Dori was amazing, she was quick to respond to my multiple questions and made the planning process a breeze. I cannot thank the team we worked with the day of enough. They were eager to help set up decor, lifting a giant weight of my shoulders! And once the party started everyone was incredible, chatting and even dancing with our guests. They went out of their way to be polite and make sure everyone had what they needed. AND THE FOOD *chefs kiss* our guests are still raving about everything, especially the desserts! My only complaint is that I didn’t eat enough of it. THANK YOU HOOPLA!

I cannot thank you and your Hoopla team enough! I have to admit I couldn’t visualize a thing when I came to see the venue. I just saw an empty room, but when I walked in the evening of our event, it was breathtaking and perfect! The whole Hoopla team was amazing especially Kat, and my bartenders.

The Hoopla team did an outstanding job of making my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah delicious and memorable. I was not working with an event planner and Dori stepped in to help with every detail. She made planning easy and the party was perfect because she had everything taken care of. I have received so many compliments about the food (especially the Pickle Bar that I asked for and the team at Hoopla executed perfectly). Working with Hoopla has been a fantastic experience! When my partner and I first tried their food at the Food Market restaurant, we knew we had to hire Hoopla for our wedding. Their food is so fresh, it just blew away the competition. Our guests agreed too - we got so many compliments for the food throughout the wedding.

We had so many questions about logistics, what would and would not work, and Dori answered them all patiently and so much quicker than I would’ve hoped. She was flexible with us as our plans changed throughout the process, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted for the special day.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Hoopla! Dori was SO helpful through the whole process and such a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was phenomenal! Every single guest we’ve talked to since the wedding has mentioned to us about how amazing the food was and that it was one of the best entrees/hors d'oeuvres they have ever had at a wedding. Guests were also talking about how friendly and attentive the staff were. The team went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I always had what we needed, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being part of our celebration.

Kat, one of the head chefs, was so kind and made a point to come out to talk to us which we thought spoke volumes!

Great tasting food in a family style dinner was important to us in choosing the caterer for our wedding. We wanted to make sure our guests were able to share in a great meal together. Hoopla did a fantastic job!

Starting with our tasting, the Chefs were able to understand our tastes and come up with a spectacular menu. Everything from cocktail hour into dinner was delicious. The short rib is the best I've ever tasted. So many people have commented on the quality of the food since the wedding. The bar service was also excellent, and the bartenders made sure to take care of our guests.

The experience turned out to be everything we were hoping for and would definitely recommend Hoopla to anyone. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

Food was the most important thing to us as we planned our wedding, and we’re so glad we went with Hoopla. We have high standards for food and the team exceeded our expectations! Great Great Great Food! Dori, Kat, and the entire Hoopla team absolutely KILLED IT for our wedding weekend. During initial conversations, the menu was explained clearly, and the tasting dinner in particular was a delight. Dori and Kat also let us freestyle the menu a bit by customizing with items available in the restaurant (The Food Market - check them out!) that weren’t on the catering menu. Dori was also flexible in letting us pick and choose a bar package that worked for us - we aren’t heavy drinkers, but wanted a signature cocktail, so they came up with a mocktail with an optional alcoholic add-on that was a perfect addition!
On the day, the entire team set up quickly and quietly, allowing us to focus on getting ready in peace and quiet (the reception was at a B&B, with guests staying upstairs and the catering setup downstairs). Everyone - from the chefs to the waitstaff, bartenders to setup crew - were absolute delights to work with, even in 90+ degree heat. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Hoopla catering to anyone that wants to have top-notch catering at their event!

We truly don't have enough words to express how grateful we are for everything the entire Hoopla team did to make our wedding so special. From the very beginning, you all weren't just our caterers - you were our partners, advisors, and friends through every step of the planning process. You gave us incredible advice, listened to our vision, and helped shape the day into something even better than imagined.

The food was absolutely out of this world. Our guests are STILL raving about it - from the passed apps to the stations, the perfectly timed courses and the fantastic bar service. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor and love.
