Our Private Kitchen offers the perfect place to refresh your dining experience.

It features table side cooking and a 42” flat screen television with an HDMI hook up which can be used to screen anything you like, from slideshows to sporting events. Seating: 12 max; 10 is the best; anything more, let's discuss.

Please note that the private kitchen is located in the downstairs area of the restaurant.

 

Five-Course Chef's Dinner

$300 Room Fee + $80 per guest (optional wine pairings for $20 per guest)

The five-course meal is created by our chef, taking you from appetizers to dessert. For an additional fee per guest, you can add wine pairings to the first four courses. The chef selects foods that are fresh and seasonal. We take into account any allergies or dietary restrictions such as gluten free or vegetarian and adapt the courses accordingly. Because of the proximity of cooking equipment and the closeness of the space, we ask that all guests be at least 18 years old.

The Chef’s Dinner includes the five courses, two personal cooks, and a server. Gratuity, MD sales tax and any beverages beyond the wine pairings, should you select that option, are additional fees. Once booked, you have the room for a half hour before your chosen dinner time, and for an hour after the meal’s conclusion, at which time guests are more than welcome to move upstairs to the bar in the main dining room.

If the Five-Course Chef’s Dinner isn’t quite what you’re looking for, you can also reserve The Private Kitchen and order à la carte from our main dining menu, with a personal server to attend to your party’s needs. This is a great way to experience all the offerings of The Food Market with an exclusive touch.

For an additional fee per guest, you may experience The Bar Cart, an opportunity to have a personal bartender recommend and prepare drinks at the table. Drinks would include draft beer, wine, and our specialty cocktails.

 

 

Slay The Menu

$300 Room Fee + $100 per guest (optional draft beer, wine, & specialty cocktails for $40 per guest)

You will experience the best of The Food Market without having to make the tough decisions about what to order. This option offers you the chance to experience over 50% of the menu and get your grub on! Our chefs hand select your menu and allow you to sample their favorite items throughout five courses. All dishes are served in family-style portion with the intention to be shared.
